Haredi protest against conscription: public disturbances outside Tel HaShomer base
Haredi protesters blocked vehicles arriving at the recruitment office in Kiryat Ono - one of them even lay down under the wheels of a truck. Police and Border Police forces diverted traffic to alternative routes and worked to disperse the demonstration and restore order, while clashing with those protesting against conscription into the IDF.
