Felix Plasencia

Israel and Venezuela have agreed to renew consular relations following talks between Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar and Venezuelan Foreign Minister Félix Plasencia. A new coordination mechanism will be established to provide consular services to citizens of both nations.
