The businessman's stock chain is expanding and landing thousands of sought-after products at an unprecedented price just before the holidays, when demand is at its peak and inventory is expected to sell out quickly in the branches.

The mayor of Como, Italy, Alessandro Rapinese, has imposed a sweeping ban on cycling, including electric bicycles, on 30 central streets in the city. The decision, which takes effect next month, follows a personal incident in which the mayor was struck by an electric bicycle while leaving work.
