After almost 14 years: Tamir Idan resigns as head of Sdot Negev
The head of the council notified the Ministry of Interior of the end of his tenure ahead of his entry into the position of Chairman of the Board of Amidar. Idan was first elected in 2012 by a margin of only three votes. In recent years, he was one of the most prominent voices in the Gaza Envelope demanding a change in the security concept.
