Singer Valerie Hamati and businessman Bechara Najar married in a festive ceremony at the St. Elijah Cathedral in Haifa after a three-year relationship.

Singer Valerie Hamati and her partner, businessman Bechara Najar, tied the knot today (Sunday) in a ceremony held at the St. Elijah Cathedral in Haifa, officially becoming husband and wife. The couple has been in a relationship for the past three years and engaged for ten months.
Hamati, 27, and Najar, 28, got engaged in December 2025, when Najar surprised Hamati with a proposal overlooking the Haifa Bay with family members present from both sides. After dropping to one knee and receiving a positive answer, the sky lit up with fireworks. Najar, who owns an authorized service center and deals in real estate in Israel and abroad, hinted at the upcoming proposal in a joint interview prior to the event.
This past June, the couple revealed their wedding date in a creative Save The Date video where they played poker and flipped cards to unveil the chosen date. Now, after months of preparations and anticipation, the two can finally call each other husband and wife.
