Channel 14 news anchor Tamir Schneid shared today (Tuesday) a clip from Channel 12 news, during which Yonit Levi reported on the death of Yuval Ezra (may God avenge his blood) following the terror attack at Havat Gilad: "Yuval Ezra (of blessed memory) was shot by a Palestinian at Havat Gilad." Schneid sharply criticized the choice of words and claimed unequivocally:

"That is not what happened. Major Yuval Ezra (may God avenge his blood) was murdered by a terrorist in a terror attack at Havat Gilad. But for you, politics comes before everything. 20 seconds about a channel that buries reality to serve an agenda."

In the video he shared on his Instagram account, he addressed the news channel directly: "You do not stop falling, and we will not stop asking — Channel 12, are you Israel's?" The reactions were not long in coming, and users also criticized: "Victim blamers," "They are not Israel's, they never were. What occupies them is throwing stones at their own door and making people think it is the far-right."

As recalled, the shooting attack took place last weekend near Havat Gilad in Samaria, after a group of Israeli hikers was attacked in the area of the village of Til. Later, the deaths of Yuval Ezra (may God avenge his blood) and a member of the Havat Gilad standby squad, Binyahu Malet (may God avenge his blood), were confirmed.

From the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, it was reported that during the incident, terrorists seized the weapon of the security officer who arrived at the scene, used it to fire at civilians, and wounded several Israelis, who were evacuated for treatment at the hospital. Ezra (may God avenge his blood) was critically wounded and later succumbed to his wounds.
