21-Year-Old Killed in Quad Bike Rollover Near Neve Erez
A 21-year-old man was killed and another was lightly injured when a quad bike overturned in an open area near Neve Erez in the Binyamin region on Monday evening.

A 21-year-old man was killed this evening, Monday, and another young man was lightly injured when a quad bike overturned in an open area near Neve Erez in the Binyamin region.
The report of the accident was received at the Magen David Adom (MDA) 101 emergency center in the Jerusalem district at 19:05. MDA paramedics and EMTs who arrived at the scene identified one of the young men suffering from multi-system trauma and showing no signs of life, and were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene. The other young man who was injured was evacuated to the Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem.
MDA paramedic Nadav Tayeb and MDA EMT Uriah Zagman said: "When we arrived at the scene of the accident, we noticed a 21-year-old young man who was unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing after he overturned with the quad bike. After medical examinations, we were forced to pronounce his death at the scene."
According to them, "We simultaneously provided medical treatment to another passenger from the quad bike — a young man who was fully conscious and suffered from minor limb injuries. We evacuated him to the hospital with his condition defined as light."
