"A spit in the face": Hostage survivor Agam Goldstein-Almog slams Netanyahu for attending concert
Agam Goldstein-Almog criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following his attendance at an Eden Ben Zaken concert. She noted that since her release from captivity, the Prime Minister has neither contacted her nor expressed condolences for her loss.
Hostage survivor Agam Goldstein-Almog criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following his arrival at an Eden Ben Zaken concert, which took place on Thursday at the Menora Mivtachim Arena. In a story posted to her Instagram account, Goldstein-Almog expressed anger that Netanyahu attended the concert and highlighted the lack of communication she has received from him since her release from captivity in Gaza.
"He still hasn't contacted me, hasn't taken responsibility, hasn't expressed pain over my loss, and hasn't met me since I was released from captivity. To me, this looks like a joke and a spit in my face," she wrote.
Goldstein-Almog was kidnapped to Gaza on October 7 along with her mother and brother. Her father, Naor, and her older sister, Yam, were murdered by terrorists during the Hamas attack. Agam was released from captivity in November 2023 as part of the first hostage deal.
