Essential requirements include a strong professional network, an interest in sports investments, sponsorships, and community development, alongside excellent communication skills.
According to the club, Westfield is backed by an ambitious group of investors committed to building a stable and organized organization with long-term growth potential.

Advisory board members will be responsible for promoting the club, finding sponsors, commercial partners, and investors, as well as providing strategic guidance on marketing, fundraising, and brand building.
