Giant deal in the USA, raising millions and dividends: WeSure reports revealed
The WeSure Global Tech group presents its financial results for the first half of 2026, reporting a profit of 115.5 million shekels, alongside significant expansion in the US market and dividend distribution to investors.

The technology and finance group WeSure Global Tech has released its financial results for the second quarter and the first half of 2026. Total quarterly profit attributable to shareholders amounted to approximately 72 million shekels, compared to 96 million shekels in the second quarter of last year, reflecting a return on equity of approximately 21% in annual terms. The total profit for the first half of the year reached 115.5 million shekels, compared to 130.9 million shekels in the same period last year, with the decrease primarily attributed to a reduction in excess financial margin.
As of June 30, 2026, equity attributable to shareholders grew significantly to 1.46 billion shekels, up from 909.8 million shekels on June 30, 2025. This growth resulted from a share issuance and profits achieved over the past year. The board of directors has approved an additional interim dividend of 21 million shekels, following a 20 million shekel distribution in the first quarter.
