A tragic incident occurred in the Lower Galilee when a two-year-old toddler was struck and killed by a vehicle, allegedly by her father, during a family visit. The tragic accident took place in the village of Bu'eine Nujeidat, where the family, residents of Taran, was visiting the grandfather.

The Israel Police Northern District and traffic accident investigators arrived at the scene and launched an investigation into the circumstances of the tragedy. The report of the incident was received at 18:21 at the Magen David Adom (MDA) hotline in the Jordan region.

MDA medics and paramedics provided initial medical treatment and evacuated the toddler in critical condition to the Poria Northern Medical Center while performing CPR. Medics reported that the child suffered severe multi-system trauma after being hit by a car.

Despite the relentless efforts of the medical teams who fought for her life at the hospital, doctors were ultimately forced to pronounce her dead.
