On a 230 sq. m plot: where was a 6-room house sold for less than 3 million shekels?

The annual housing price index of the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), which was published about two weeks ago, fell by 2% — the sharpest decline in the last 8 years. Furthermore, the Consumer Price Index for June lowered annual inflation to 1.6% after remaining unchanged. Deals in the millions and a record in mortgages: the luxury apartment market is not stopping. To shed light on the current state of the housing market, with the help of national brokerage chains, we checked which second-hand deals were carried out in the last week and what the costs of the apartments were.

Beersheba

A 3-room apartment on Bar Nissan Street (Neve Ze'ev neighborhood), with an area of 97 sq. m on the 4th floor out of 9, with a 14 sq. m balcony, elevator, parking, and a MAMAD, was sold for 1.15 million shekels.

Kiryat Gat

A 2-room apartment on Malkei Yisrael Street, with an area of 60 sq. m on the ground floor out of 5, with an elevator, was sold for 895 thousand shekels.
A 4-room apartment on Shiryon Street, with an area of 80 sq. m on the 1st floor out of 4, with a 30 sq. m balcony, was sold for 1.53 million shekels.

A 5-room apartment on Mishmar HaYarden Street, with an area of 165 sq. m on the 7th floor out of 9, with a 16 sq. m balcony, elevator, parking, and a MAMAD, was sold for 1.75 million shekels.
A 6-room detached house on Dvora HaNevi'a Street, with an area of 170 sq. m on a 230 sq. m plot, with parking and a MAMAD, was sold for 2.95 million shekels.
