On the memorial page for Eden Yerushalmi, who was kidnapped on October 7 and murdered in Hamas captivity, the use of her name and photo in a post promoting a class action lawsuit against Eden Ben Zaken was attacked. In the post, published in the shadow of the criticism surrounding Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to Ben Zaken's performance, a picture of Yerushalmi appeared alongside a picture of Ben Zaken with the caption: "We will not forget Eden Yerushalmi, we will not forgive Eden Ben Zaken."

"Since October 7, we have been living in hell. On the day Eden was murdered, our world collapsed," was written on Yerushalmi's memorial page. "And now, as if the disaster we went through is not enough, people allow themselves to use Eden's name, her death, and her story for their political needs."

Those running the page added that the individuals behind the posts are ignoring repeated requests to remove them. "Every such post is another injury to her and to us, a disgraceful exploitation of her death and the reopening of a wound that will never close," the statement read. "Eden Yerushalmi is not a slogan and not a tool for political mudslinging. She is not a headline, not content, and not a tool for anyone's interests! Eden was a unifier and a connector of hearts, and that is how she will always remain."
