Soul singer Shimi Tavori, responsible for dozens of songs in Israeli music, continues to surprise and reinvent himself. Alongside a rich musical career spanning over fifty years, Tavori brings a fresh culinary message ahead of the upcoming holiday season and is launching a new jachnun business set to get underway on September 9.

The new culinary venture by Tavori brings the traditional and beloved Yemeni dish to the forefront, connecting authentic and homemade flavors with innovation and creativity. Accompanying Shimi closely at every step of the way and in the day-to-day management is his wife, Yehudit Bauman.

"She is charming, helps me with everything and with public relations," says Tavori. "And the beautiful food she makes for me every day, she doesn't miss, meals from here to the heavens."

During an interview with 104.5, Tavori shared details about the unexpected combination of traditional food and advanced technology. The singer said that he uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools specifically for the digital design and graphics of his new jachnun brand, while making sure to maintain the visual language and nostalgic style that characterized his iconic record covers over the years.

"For the graphics, I used them, but I did it in a style like on my records. I always used to do the graphics myself," he explained.

The new business also joins a new and humorous song that Tavori recently released, which deals precisely with the subject of artificial intelligence and the changes it brings to the world. For Tavori, it is a light gimmick and a way to enjoy the creation, while he is currently investing his real focus and passion into the perfect bite that will soon reach fans across the country.
