The Ministry of Health announced a recall on Thursday for two fruit preserve products under the Shakedia brand following consumer complaints regarding unusual odor and texture. Customers who purchased these items are urged not to consume them.
The recall applies to Shakedia Strawberry Fruit Preserve and Shakedia Four Fruit Preserve in 284-gram packages with an expiration date of April 7, 2028. The corresponding barcodes are 7290016276756 and 7290019297420. The products are manufactured in China by Linwei Dashen Food Co. Ltd. and imported by Din Marketing and Roasting 2021 Ltd.
