Rotem Sela reveals details of luxury investment: "Soon there will be an apartment here"
Rotem Sela shared an Instagram story featuring a view of the Tel Aviv coastline, tagging developer Ido Hajaj with the caption: "Soon there will be an apartment here." Sela and her husband, Ariel Rotter, previously purchased a multi-million shekel unit in the Hajaj Group's INFINITY TOWER project.

Rotem Sela shared a glimpse today (Tuesday) on her Instagram story of the new apartment she purchased in a project developed by the Hajaj Group in Tel Aviv.
The video captures a spectacular view from the unit under construction, overlooking the Tel Aviv coastline. The actress and presenter tagged real estate developer Ido Hajaj, writing: "Soon there will be an apartment here."
As previously reported in January 2026, Sela and her husband, Ariel Rotter, acquired a unit in the INFINITY TOWER residential project, located in the Sumail complex in Tel Aviv. The value of the property is estimated at several million shekels.
According to the Hajaj Group, the project is situated between Jabotinsky and Ibn Gabirol streets and features a 52-story luxury tower alongside a 7-story boutique building. Designed by architect Prof. Moshe Zur, the project is oriented to maximize views of the city and the Mediterranean coastline.
Planned amenities for the project include:
-
An infinity pool overlooking the sea
-
A 10-meter-high lobby
-
A residents' lounge
-
A private park for residents
-
Fitness facilities
This update follows reports from April 2026 that Sela listed her luxury apartment in the Gymnasium tower in Tel Aviv for 24 million shekels. That property spans approximately 350 square meters on the 24th floor. It appears Sela is now providing a preview of her next home, which remains under construction.
