One of the most unusual properties in Jerusalem is now offered for sale on the first line to the Temple Mount, after its owner decided to compromise on the price to find a practical buyer as soon as possible and arrange a dream inheritance for his children.

Rotem Sela shared an Instagram story featuring a view of the Tel Aviv coastline, tagging developer Ido Hajaj with the caption: "Soon there will be an apartment here." Sela and her husband, Ariel Rotter, previously purchased a multi-million shekel unit in the Hajaj Group's INFINITY TOWER project.
