Report: Netanyahu to present Trump with evidence of secret nuclear activity in Iran

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to present US President Donald Trump with intelligence indicating that Iran is expanding nuclear activity at the mysterious "Mount Mahush" site and is being deceptive regarding its desire to pursue peace negotiations, a source in Jerusalem told the "New York Post".
Netanyahu is scheduled to meet with Trump on Monday, with the war with Iran and the Islamic Republic's nuclear program at the center of the talks. The Israeli team intends to present evidence of recent nuclear activity to demonstrate that Tehran is not conducting negotiations in good faith.
According to a report in the "Wall Street Journal", Israel has revealed evidence that nuclear centrifuges were recently transferred to the fortified and secret complex at "Mount Mahush" for the first time since construction began in 2020. The facility is located more than 90 meters under Mount Kulang, near the Natanz nuclear site, and has long been suspected of being part of the Iranian nuclear program.
Previously, no evidence of nuclear activity had been found at the site, which Trump cited as a reason for not targeting it during past strikes. Last week, the US President attempted to downplay reports of activity at the location, though he recently signaled a willingness to bomb the facility. Reports suggest that US forces are prepared for a ground operation to seize hundreds of kilograms of enriched uranium believed to be buried in Iran.
An Israeli source added that Netanyahu will also present evidence that Iran has begun rehabilitating its missile and UAV programs, which were severely damaged by repeated US airstrikes. This information is intended to show that Iran has no serious intention of abandoning its nuclear or missile ambitions during ceasefire negotiations with Washington.
Trump decided over the weekend to halt a two-week bombing campaign in Iran following the renewal of contacts regarding the cessation of Iranian attacks in the Strait of Hormuz. Alongside these updates, Netanyahu will brief the President on efforts to maintain ceasefires in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, where Iran's proxies operate. On Tuesday, the Prime Minister will remain in Washington to join world leaders in paying final respects to the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
