Urgent recall for popular Ford vehicles: "safety failure"
Delek Motors is recalling Ford F-series vehicles due to concerns that windshield wipers may detach while driving. Owners who fail to complete the free repair risk having their vehicle license revoked.

Delek Motors, the importer of Ford vehicles in Israel, has issued an urgent notice to drivers, announcing a recall for 724 vehicles.
The recall applies to owners of Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 models produced between 2021 and 2022.
The reason for the urgent summons to service centers is a concern regarding a safety failure in the windshield wiper arms, which could cause them to detach while driving.
As part of the service, an inspection will be carried out at authorized service centers, and if necessary, faulty components will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The repair will be performed free of charge, with an estimated duration of approximately 60 minutes.
Written notices will be sent via Israel Post to all relevant vehicle owners upon the arrival of the improved parts. Drivers are also invited to check if their vehicle is included in the order via the Ford Israel website (www.ford.co.il) or by contacting the customer service center at 08-9139995.
The importer emphasizes that service appointments must be coordinated in advance and reminds drivers of the Ministry of Transport's warning: under regulation 306 of the traffic laws, a vehicle owner who does not complete the required repair within 6 months will be unable to renew their vehicle license and will be blocked from transferring ownership.
