The Israel Police raided compounds in the town of Sha'ab in the Galilee at the beginning of the week and found two loaded Glock pistols, magazines, and gloves hidden on the roof of a kindergarten. The weapons were transferred to forensic laboratories for examination.

The police activity began early in the morning as part of an operation to locate those involved in shooting incidents in the area. Forces raided several targets in the town and arrested several suspects involved in violent incidents.

During the searches at one of the compounds, the weapons were discovered lying on the tin shed covering the playground of a nearby kindergarten. Alongside the two pistols, magazines, ammunition, and gloves were also found, which were apparently used by the suspects to hide the weapons.

The investigation into the matter is ongoing, and the findings were sent to police laboratories to extract evidence. According to police data, since the beginning of the year, more than 580 weapons have been seized as part of various activities in the northern region.
