Widespread malfunction at the Ministry of Transport: online services inaccessible
A widespread malfunction occurred today, Wednesday, in the Ministry of Transport's computer systems, affecting online services and licensing offices nationwide. The ministry is working to restore operations.

A widespread malfunction occurred today (Wednesday) in the online services of the Ministry of Transport, as well as in services provided at licensing offices across the country. The problem occurred due to the collapse of the ministry's computer systems.
The Ministry of Transport stated:
"The malfunction is being handled by professional staff, and we are working to restore all services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update once the systems return to full operation."
In June, a widespread technical malfunction affected Meta services, when many users around the world reported being suddenly disconnected from their Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger accounts. Some users said that the applications stopped loading, others were kicked out of their accounts without prior notice, and in many cases, repeated login attempts ended in error messages.
Shortly after the malfunction began, thousands of reports started appearing on the Downdetector website, which monitors malfunctions in online services in real time. According to the data, the number of complaints about Instagram jumped within minutes from a routine level of only about 25 reports to thousands of inquiries simultaneously. Most users reported being disconnected from their account, an inability to load the feed, or a failure to log in to the service.
