La Pizzale Bar, Merom Golan
La Pizzale pizzeria has launched a brunch served Sunday–Friday between 10:00–15:00. On the menu, you will find everything that is fun to eat during the day: salads, pizza dough sandwiches, decadent morning pastries, and more. Merom Golan. Kosher.
Venya Bistro, Haifa
Lobster roll, fried red mullet, oysters, Caesar salad, clams, brioche bruschetta, and a DJ — this is what awaits you at the new brunch at Venya Bistro, which takes place every few weeks on Fridays only. The menu changes every time, and booking in advance is recommended. 1 Palmer Gate, Lower Haifa. Not kosher.
Vinny, Hadera
At the kosher Vinny, they have started serving a new brunch throughout the week. On the menu are dishes like scrambled eggs and avocado on castan bread (52 NIS), truffle scrambled egg bruschetta (49 NIS), smoked salmon salad (59 NIS), and side dishes like anchovies with tomatoes and hot pepper (17 NIS). Lotem Deri, Shekhanya
Lotem Deri recently launched a new summer brunch menu. Among the dishes: chard blintzes with cheeses (64 NIS), caramelized butternut squash with Greek yogurt and feta (58 NIS), Shoshana's kubaneh served with skhug and labneh (67 NIS), and polenta with button mushrooms and parmesan (64 NIS). Lulu 47, Tel Aviv
At Lulu 47, where Asaf Vered from 'Married at First Sight' cooks, there is a new brunch menu. Among the dishes: avocado brioche toast (68 NIS), sunny-side-up egg with beef stock and mushrooms (68 NIS), shakshuka (68 NIS), Benedict Florentine (66 NIS), and salmon croissant with poached egg (72 NIS). 47 Nachalat Binyamin, Tel Aviv. Gila and Nancy, Tel Aviv
Chef Daniel Lazar has relaunched the place's lively weekend brunch. Among the dishes: grilled cheese egg in a hole (68 NIS), a slice of golden challah topped with egg salad (52 NIS), 'goldfish in a cloud' with remoulade (74 NIS), and roasted salmon on a rosti pancake with soft egg (82 NIS). 8 Levontin, Tel Aviv. Nina Bianca, Kiryat Ekron
You can now enjoy the magnificent buffet at the kosher Nina Bianca restaurant every day of the week. The buffet includes cheeses, pastries, fresh salads, and fish. Wild Bread, Kfar Daniel

This unique Jerusalem cafe serves a new brunch menu of small plates on Fridays. It starts with challah or rustic bread and continues with fattoush salad, ikra, charred eggplant, masabacha, and 'pan con tomate'.
