Adv. Ronal Bibi Appointed New CEO of Real Estate Firm Ofek Holdings
Adv. Ronal Bibi has been appointed CEO of Ofek Holdings, succeeding Daniel Ofek who transitions to co-chairman. The real estate firm manages thousands of housing units nationwide.
Adv. Ronal Bibi has been appointed CEO of Ofek Holdings, the company announced on Tuesday. Bibi assumes the role after serving for the past five years as VP of Business Development at Metropolis, a prominent urban renewal firm. He succeeds Daniel Ofek, who is moving up to serve as co-chairman alongside his father, Kobi Ofek.
Ofek Holdings has been active in real estate entrepreneurship and construction for about three decades, focusing heavily on urban renewal in recent years. According to company data, its portfolio includes thousands of housing units across 80 projects, with 16 projects already completed and occupied and 10 more currently under construction.
Expanding Operations and Portfolio
The company's operations span across major cities including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, and Netanya. Additionally, Ofek Holdings owns a G5-classified (unlimited) contracting company and a foreign worker corporation. Bibi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University and is a graduate of executive training at Reichman University.
