Diplomat Relocates Headquarters to Naimi Park in 80 Million Shekel Deal
Food importer Diplomat is moving its headquarters to Naimi Park near the Mesubim Interchange in a 10-year lease deal valued at roughly 80 million shekels for 5,000 square meters.
Diplomat relocates its headquarters. Food importer Diplomat, controlled by the Weiman and Mandel families, is moving its headquarters from Airport City to the Naimi Park near the Mesubim Interchange. The company signed a ten-year lease agreement estimated at approximately 80 million shekels.
Under the agreement, Diplomat will lease about 5,000 square meters, and in about two years, some 300 employees will relocate to the new complex. The agreement includes an option for a five-year extension.
Yossi Horev, CEO of Diplomat Israel, stated: "The move to the new offices, alongside the establishment of the new logistics center in Caesarea, is part of a broad strategic growth and expansion move, adapting the company's infrastructure to its future needs."
Carmit Naimi, one of the real estate company's owners, noted: "We are located outside of Tel Aviv, but at the heart of Gush Dan's future transportation system, with the Purple Line near the park, the developing metro system in the Mesubim area, and direct connections to Highways 4 and 461."
