The company YouCC, part of the Octally group, is acquiring BLeader in a strategic move that strengthens YouCC's position as one of the leading companies in Israel in the fields of business transformation to the cloud, data, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
BLeader brings expertise in formulating technological strategies for data and AI, establishing data platforms (Data Engineering), advanced analytics, and complex AI projects at the core of enterprise operations. In recent years, the company has led projects for organizations including Shufersal, Direct Finance (Mimun Yashir), Papaya Global, AudioCodes, ONE ZERO, Unilever, and Colmobil.
As part of the move, BLeader will continue to operate as a company within YouCC under its current management and areas of expertise. Amit Shaked will continue to serve as CEO of BLeader, lead the company's operations, and join the management of the YouCC group.
