New Horizons for Small Business: Advanced AI Services from Zap Group

The artificial intelligence revolution is rapidly changing the way consumers search for businesses and make decisions, and the Zap Group is taking up the challenge. The company is expanding its operations as a digital agency and launching a series of AI-based services designed for small and medium-sized businesses as part of the "ZAP 2.0" upgrade project.

Among the new developments offered by the group is the GEO service, designed to strengthen a business's presence in the answers that AI search engines provide to users. Alongside this, the company is testing a voice AI agent capable of answering missed calls, filtering inquiries, and scheduling meetings, as well as a "smart analyst" that provides business owners with data analysis and practical insights in real time. Additional solutions include a digital consultant embedded in client websites and an adapted response for AI tools that perform price comparisons for consumers.

At Zap, they estimate that the size and flexibility of small businesses allow them to adopt technology quickly, without the complex processes that characterize giant organizations. Oshrat Cohen, VP of the Customer Division at Zap Group, clarified:

"AI now gives small businesses capabilities that were previously the domain of giant companies only. Our goal is to make these tools simple, accessible, and effective in the field."

As recalled, in 2023, the Zap Group mobilized for the sake of businesses in the south and north as part of the "For the Businesses" support initiative, in which about 130 businesses and about 770 products from the Gaza envelope and the south took part. As part of the initiative, a dedicated website was established that allowed businesses to register in a simple process and at no cost to offer their services.
