Noa Cohen: "You are simply a monster. It is very cruel and critical"
While actress Noa Cohen impresses on "Dancing with the Stars," she has opened up about her long-term struggle with body image disorder. She chose to share her personal journey through a dance performed to a song she wrote in her youth.

Alongside the dancing talent she demonstrates on the "Dancing with the Stars" floor, Noa Cohen has revealed a particularly personal and vulnerable side during the program. After moving the audience and judges by sharing her experience with body image disorder, this evening (Sunday, after the news on Keshet 12), she will tell her story in a different way—by dancing to a song she wrote at the age of 16.
The song deals with her struggle against the disorder that makes her life difficult. "It's a real dissonance, two voices in my head," she shared. "There is the voice of the disorder that always sits in the back of my mind when I look in the mirror and says, 'Wow, you are distorted, simply a monster.'"
"It is very mean and critical," she added. "And this is what you do to yourself all these years; this suffering does not come from the outside. What is the problem? Just stop talking to yourself like that, just stop thinking like that—but it is not simple."
