Nadav B. Logistics plans to invest 650 million shekels in establishing logistics centers and data centers in partnership with the kibbutzim of Zikim and Re'im near the Gaza Strip. Aviv Prianti, Deputy CEO of the company, highlighted the strategic combination of Zionist values and economic potential in developing these border areas during a conference hosted by Globes and Israel Discount Bank.

According to Prianti, the company is evaluating feasibility studies for a 50-dunam land tract in Zikim to build either a logistics hub or a data center with a capacity of 50 to 60 megawatts. The firm offers flexible partnership models, ranging from 50/50 equity stakes where kibbutz members actively participate in steering committees, to passive investment structures where the company fully finances and manages the project while the kibbutz receives passive revenues.

Addressing the recent Electricity Authority regulations concerning data center caps, Prianti noted that while regulation is necessary to filter out speculative applications, rigid caps of 200 megawatts per facility and an overall 1-gigawatt limit could hinder industry momentum. He emphasized that major players with substantial capital reserves will successfully advance their projects, positioning Israel as a competitive hub in artificial intelligence and technology infrastructure.
