Israeli pop star Eden Hason has listed his luxury beachfront villa in Hadera for sale at 10 million shekels, following his recent land purchase in Caesaria.
Israeli pop star Eden Hason has listed his luxury three-story villa in the Givat Olga neighborhood of Hadera for sale, with an estimated value of approximately 10 million shekels, according to reports by the Israel Music page.
The high-end property is located just steps from the coastline and features a meticulous high-specification design, including a private swimming pool, underfloor heating, a full smart home system, electric curtains, and expansive entertainment areas. Real estate agent Avi Ivnir is managing the sale of the property.
This move follows Hason's recent acquisition of a 620-square-meter plot of land in Caesaria for an estimated 8 million shekels. Construction is currently underway on the plot, though it remains unclear whether the singer plans to relocate permanently or use the property as an investment. Hason originally purchased the Givat Olga plot several years ago for about 6 million shekels.
In addition to these residential moves, Hason has reportedly invested in commercial real estate in the Sharon region. These financial steps highlight his growing portfolio as a business investor channeling his music industry earnings into stable, revenue-generating assets.
