Israeli singer Mor Rehavi shared her grief today on the third anniversary of the October 7 massacre, mourning her close friend Amit Buskila, whose body was abducted to the Gaza Strip and later recovered in a special operation.
"I hope you see me, that you are proud of me. The longing for you is suffocating. I miss you," Rehavi wrote. Buskila was Rehavi's stylist, and the two eventually became close friends.
Buskila was murdered during the Hamas attack after calling her uncle to say she had been shot. On May 17, 2024, IDF forces rescued her body from Gaza alongside the bodies of Yitzhak Gelernter and Shani Louk.
