Amid escalating regional tensions and an anticipated confrontation between Israel and Iran, the Lufthansa Group announced on Thursday that it is temporarily modifying its flight operations to and from Ben Gurion Airport. The aviation holding confirmed that its flight crews will not overnight in Israel through November 30.

The adjustments will affect flight schedules, departure times, and flight numbers, with some flights facing potential cancellations. To ensure compliance with the new operational guidelines, three early morning departures from Tel Aviv will make a one-hour technical stopover in Athens or Larnaca for crew rotations.

The affected services include Frankfurt flight LH691, Munich flight LH683, and Zurich flight LX257. All other group operations will continue to operate as non-stop flights. Booking systems are currently being updated, and affected passengers will receive direct notifications regarding schedule adjustments.
