During an intelligence and offensive operation conducted tonight in the Palestinian town of Dahariya, detectives and fighters of the 'Hetz Yehuda' unit of the Judea and Samaria District arrested a local resident in his 50s. During a search of his home, a Glock pistol, two matching magazines, and dozens of 9mm ammunition rounds were located.

The suspect was arrested and transferred for police questioning, which is still ongoing. The police stated that this activity joins a series of combat equipment interdictions and weapon seizures carried out in recent days throughout Judea and Samaria by district police officers with the assistance of IDF forces.

Day before yesterday, during a search in a Palestinian village, an M16 rifle, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, magazines, and tens of thousands of shekels were located and seized. The operation was carried out by IDF soldiers based on intelligence guidance from the Ariel station in the Samaria area.

In another case, during an operation by detectives of the Etzion station, based on information from an intelligence officer and with the assistance of fighters from the Etzion Brigade, combat equipment was located in the Palestinian town of Za'atara, including pipe bombs and a hand grenade ready for throwing.
