Logitech Refreshes PRO Lineup with New Mouse and Rapid Keyboard
Logitech has expanded its competitive PRO gaming series with the introduction of the PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE mouse and the PRO X2 RAPID keyboard, offering advanced magnetic switch technology, improved weight distribution, and enhanced performance.

Logitech has refreshed its PRO lineup with the launch of two new peripherals designed for competitive gamers: the PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE mouse and the PRO X2 RAPID keyboard. While the mouse brings subtle refinements, the keyboard introduces a major leap forward.
Mouse Refinements and Performance
The PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE succeeds the PRO X2 model as Logitech's new flagship gaming mouse. It features the innovative HITS technology, which replaces traditional mechanical switches with a magnetic mechanism and haptic feedback. Weighing 61 grams, the new model addresses a primary user complaint regarding weight distribution by shifting the center of gravity closer to the middle, ensuring better balance during lifts and rapid adjustments.
Under the hood, the HERO 2 optical sensor has been upgraded, boosting maximum sensitivity to 48,000 DPI, tracking speed to 930 IPS, and maximum acceleration to 90G. Battery life has surged by approximately 50 percent, jumping from 90 hours to over 135 hours. The mouse also supports an 8,000 Hz polling rate over a wired connection, retaining its high-tier performance.
Keyboard Upgrades and Features
The PRO X2 RAPID keyboard delivers substantial changes compared to its predecessor, utilizing Hall Effect magnetic switches for faster and more precise responses. Polling and scanning rates have skyrocketed from 1,000 to 8,000 Hz, and the actuation point can now be adjusted in increments of 0.05 mm across a range of 0.1 to 4 mm.
Equipped with pre-lubricated KS-20 POM switches requiring an actuation force of 30 grams, the keyboard provides a lighter and smoother typing experience complemented by six layers of acoustic insulation. It also features a built-in narrow OLED screen for quick adjustments to actuation points, Rapid Trigger settings, and RGB lighting without opening the software, alongside a convenient silicone wrist rest.
Software and Ecosystem
Both devices integrate seamlessly with Logitech's G HUB software, praised for its clean interface, clear guidance, and stability. While the mouse offers incremental technical tweaks, the keyboard represents a comprehensive hardware evolution, though both products come with premium pricing.
