Huge funding round for Israeli startup Wonderful at a $5 billion valuation
Israeli startup Wonderful, developer of an operating system for enterprise AI, has raised $550 million in a Series C round. The company's valuation has reached $5 billion.

The capital raising fever of the startup Wonderful does not stop. The company, which developed an operating system for enterprise AI, announces a raise of about $550 million in a Series C round, at a valuation of about $5 billion. This is both an exceptionally large round and a rapid increase in valuation. Just half a year ago, the company raised $150 million at a valuation of $2 billion. Together with the company's previous rounds, founded in 2025, its total funding reaches more than $800 million.
The current round was led by Insight Partners and included participation from Salesforce and existing investors: Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. The funding will be used to expand Wonderful's growth globally and to continue the technological development of the operating system (OS) for AI, in light of the growing demand from large organizations for Wonderful's operating system.
Since the last funding round in March 2026, Wonderful has expanded its operations to more than 35 markets around the world and currently employs about 650 people, about half of whom are in Israel. At the same time, Wonderful has significantly expanded the capabilities of the operating platform it developed for enterprise AI uses, which is currently used for full end-to-end automation of work processes.
Wonderful was founded in early 2025 by Bar Winkler, who serves as CEO, and Roi Lazar, who serves as CTO. Winkler founded Approve.com, a platform for automated payment management for businesses, which was sold to Tipalti in 2021, and Lazar founded Kaps, an AI-based localization platform.
Today, Wonderful has become a full operating system (OS) for enterprise AI, including all the tools, capabilities, and controls required for implementing and operating AI in organizations. As part of Wonderful's growth process, its development and implementation center in Israel is expected to triple in size in the coming year.
Wonderful's operating system enables a unified management layer for all AI uses in the organization, on an open platform that is not dependent on a single model and is suitable for the existing technological infrastructure in the organization. One of the reasons for Wonderful's rapid growth also stems from the forward deployment model, under which it offers, in addition to the operating system, local implementation with the help of FDEs.
"Wonderful is working to realize one of the biggest opportunities in the field of enterprise AI. Many companies use AI in a point-based manner or in a single field. Wonderful is building an operating system that allows organizations to expand the use of AI to the entire organization," said Jeff Horing, co-founder and managing director at Insight Partners upon the completion of the funding.
