Sephora brand cosmetic products (Sephora Collection) are arriving in Israel for the first time, imported by the local beauty chain Glam42. However, a Channel 12 News investigation reveals that many items will be marketed in Israel at prices significantly higher than those found in the global Sephora chain. Sales are scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 20.

It is important to clarify that this does not mark the entry of the Sephora chain itself into the country, but rather a temporary sales agreement between the brand and the local chain Glam42. Glam42 asserts that all products offered in its stores and pop-up locations in Azrieli malls are original items purchased directly from Sephora in France, rather than surplus or outlet stock.
"The Sephora Collection brand has signed a temporary sales agreement with Glam42, through which a selection of original products will soon be available in specific Glam42 branches," Sephora stated, noting that the company has no plans to open its own stores in Israel.
