The development and construction company S. Baruch, owned by Arik Baruch and managed by his wife, has completed the institutional stage of a bond issuance, raising 58 million shekels with demand totaling 100 million shekels.

The development and construction company S. Baruch has successfully completed the institutional stage of a bond issuance (Series B), raising approximately 58 million shekels. The company received demand totaling approximately 100 million shekels, with the interest rate on the bonds set at 6.8%.
The public stage of the issuance is expected to take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The issuance was led by Eximus Underwriting in collaboration with Apex. The bonds are backed by a lien on the surpluses from the company's projects in Elichin and Ofakim.
S. Baruch was founded by the late Shmuel Baruch, who began his activities as a contractor in 1986. Today, the company is controlled by the founder's family members. His son, Arik Baruch, holds 50% of the company's shares and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. His brother, Dov Baruch, holds 30% of the shares and serves as the Chairman of the company, while Dov's son, Ron Baruch, holds the remaining 20%.
The company is currently managed by Dvora Baruch, Arik Baruch's wife, who serves as CEO after previously holding senior positions at Delta Galil. Her sister, Yafit Shahar, serves as the company's CFO.
Among the company's central projects is the ONCE project in the town of Elichin, construction of which began in April 2026 and is currently underway. The project includes 52 housing units, including garden apartments with a basement level and penthouses with large balconies. According to the company's estimate, the project is expected to be completed in April 2028.
In addition, the company is promoting the "New Ofakim Quarter" project, intended for the ultra-Orthodox sector in the city and including two complexes. Complex AB includes 151 housing units, 76 of which are under the "Discounted Apartment" program, alongside commercial space of approximately 263 square meters. Complex C includes 110 housing units, 55 of which are under the "Discounted Apartment" program.
S. Baruch is currently engaged in development and execution of projects in the fields of residential, urban renewal, logistics, and storage. The company is currently promoting 16 residential projects in planning and construction stages, including approximately 5,576 housing units.
According to the company's data, the cumulative expected gross profit from the projects stands at approximately 360 million shekels, while the expected net surpluses are expected to total approximately 497 million shekels by 2029.
