The model that sold out in minutes returns to stores in Israel: only one pair per customer
After stocks ran out quickly in previous launches, the Nike Mind 001 flip-flop returns to Israel in new colors. Sales will begin tomorrow at 09:00, in only 5 stores, and with limited stock.
The Nike Mind 001 model, the flip-flop that already sparked high demand in Israel in previous launches, returns to stores — this time in new colors. Starting tomorrow, Thursday, it will be possible to purchase the model in green and burgundy, alongside the return of the black color.
The relaunch comes following the demand recorded for the model in the previous round. During the launch held in Israel in January, buyers stood in long lines in front of Nike stores, and the stock ran out quickly. According to reports from that launch, at the Big complex in Be'er Sheva, a sell-out was announced in less than 45 minutes, and in the stores at Azrieli Sarona and Big Glilot, the stock ran out within hours.
The demand was not limited to just the quick purchase. During the launch, it was also reported that consumers arrived at the stores upon their opening to be among the first to purchase the model, with particularly long lines described at the stores.
Nike Mind 001 was developed with the goal of strengthening the connection between the body and the mind before and after physical activity. According to the company, the sole incorporates a system of hundreds of flexible foam points that move with the foot, increase the sense of contact with the ground, and create sensory stimulation with every step.
According to Nike, the development of the model was based on research in neuroscience, and as part of the development process, it was also tested by elite athletes. The company notes that the sensory experience is intended to encourage body awareness, concentration, and presence in the moment.
The model will be sold in Israel starting tomorrow, 27.08.26, at 09:00, in 5 Nike stores: Dizengoff Center Tel Aviv, Azrieli Sarona Tel Aviv, Royal Beach Promenade Eilat, Big Fashion Glilot complex, and Big Fashion Ashdod complex. The sizes that will be marketed are 36 to 49, and the price is 419.90 NIS. This time too, the sale comes with a clear restriction: it is possible to purchase only one pair of shoes per customer, and the stock is limited.
