Meta's AI Revolution: New Tools to Transform Your Business
The tech giant is launching a series of major updates that allow you to integrate your Facebook, Instagram, and Google accounts with its smart assistant, alongside a new desktop application.

Meta is expanding the capabilities of Meta AI by launching a suite of tools designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage their digital operations more efficiently. Simultaneously, the company is introducing a new Meta AI application for Mac, enabling users to interact with the AI assistant directly from their desktop.
As part of this update, businesses can connect their Facebook and Instagram business accounts, active ad campaigns, and Google Workspace accounts—including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides—to Meta AI. This integration allows the assistant to analyze historical business activity and provide tailored insights and recommendations.
For instance, a business owner can ask Meta AI which content posted on Facebook or Instagram performed best over the past month. Based on this data, the assistant can suggest future content strategies and identify high-performing formats.
The system also enables benchmarking against similar brands using public information, allowing businesses to track competitor activity, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
The advertising sector is also receiving a significant boost. Meta AI can analyze platform campaigns to identify which ads and audiences yield the best results, highlight underperforming assets, and suggest ways to optimize advertising budgets.
Once the analysis is complete, users can ask Meta AI to compile findings into a document or presentation. Furthermore, the system supports recurring tasks and automated reminders. For example, a business can set the system to generate a weekly performance report automatically, eliminating the need for manual analysis.
The new Mac application supports voice interaction and screen sharing, allowing the assistant to provide help based on the work currently being performed on the computer.
These tools will be rolled out gradually in regions where Meta AI is already available. Services will be accessible via the meta.ai website and the new desktop application. This move marks Meta's shift toward transforming its AI assistant into a practical, professional work tool rather than just a Q&A interface.
