Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot Celebrates 18 Years of 'Partners by Choice' Community Program
Bank management marked the 18th anniversary of its flagship social project, distributing one million shekels to dozens of leading organizations. Over the years, the initiative has donated tens of millions of shekels to support various social causes.

Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot recently marked a significant milestone for its flagship community project, 'Partners by Choice', at a ceremony attended by the bank's senior management: Chairman Avi Zaldman, CEO Moshe Lari, Deputy CEO and Head of Human Capital and Resources Meital Harush, and representatives of the winning organizations.
As one of the longest-running initiatives in the Israeli banking system, 'Partners by Choice' celebrates 18 years of community involvement. Each year, a special donation is awarded to organizations selected through a vote by the bank's customers and employees.

This year, over 30 organizations operating in welfare, health, education, and rescue sectors were selected to receive a total of approximately 1 million NIS. Since its launch 18 years ago, the bank has supported hundreds of organizations and thousands of social activities across the country, totaling tens of millions of shekels.
Winning organizations include: Yad Eliezer, the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel, United Hatzalah, Bat Melech, Zichron Menachem, ZAKA, Yad Sarah, Krembo Wings, Migdal Ohr, Matnat Chaim, Ezer Mizion, Ezra LeMarpeh, and Siach Sod.
The funds will be directed toward specific projects, including food vouchers for needy families, the purchase of ambulances and advanced rescue equipment, and the establishment of addiction treatment centers. Some projects will also involve active volunteering by bank employees.
Meital Harush, Deputy CEO and Head of Human Capital and Resources, stated:
"Marking 18 years of the 'Partners by Choice' project is not only an exciting milestone but proof of the depth of Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot's commitment to the community in Israel. The true partnership with our customers, managers, and employees allows us to create a lasting and measurable social impact."
