It seems that the last month has not been kind to Keren Peles' digestive system. Those who follow the singer and songwriter on social media surely remember the drama that unfolded just about two weeks ago, and now it seems that history is repeating itself — and this time Peles is demanding public support.

"Need mass consolation"

In a new story that Peles uploaded to her Instagram account, against the backdrop of a pastoral picture of a sunset at the beach with people playing soccer, she shared her desperate medical condition with her followers. "Is there some deadly stomach virus going around here lately?" Peles asked.

Despite the relaxing view in the background, Peles made it clear that nothing consoles her right now except for sympathy: "And sorry to the sunset, but it can go away, I need mass consolation," she concluded the painful yet amusing story.

"Please offer prayers"

Peles' request for consolation comes at a particularly problematic time, as this is not the first time this month that she has reported stomach problems. As recalled, just two weeks ago, Peles shared documentation from her home that she was suffering from severe symptoms following food poisoning after eating spoiled meatballs.

In that incident, the pressure was at its peak, as Peles was supposed to perform at a wedding event with her good friend Miri Mesika.

"Listen, I ate spoiled meatballs and I have a wedding with Miri on Saturday, so please offer prayers," she wrote to her followers at the time, while lying in bed, soaking her body in boiling water and watching series to recover in time and fit into the dress she planned to wear.

Now, it only remains to hope that this time the recovery will be faster and that she will indeed receive the "mass consolation" she requested.
