ITO Sando Burger opens in Jaffa's Greek Market, introducing a unique fusion of Japanese sando and wagyu burgers to Tel Aviv's thriving culinary landscape.

Tel Aviv's culinary scene embraces Japanese street food with the opening of ITO Sando Burger in Jaffa's Greek Market. The intimate eatery introduces a fusion of the traditional Japanese sando and a classic burger, featuring premium wagyu beef.
The Wagyu Sando Experience
The signature dish costs 78 NIS and combines a tender 200-gram wagyu patty with katsu aioli and cheddar cheese, served in the iconic soft Japanese milk bread. A complete meal including fries and a drink is priced at 102 NIS. While modest in size, the sando delivers a rich and satisfying flavor profile.
Expanding the Menu
Beyond the headline sando, the compact menu offers a smash burger priced at 58 NIS with double patties, wasabi coleslaw, and cheddar. Diners can also sample the karaage sando featuring crispy chicken thigh for 62 NIS. House-made sauces such as miso ketchup and togarashi aioli are available for an extra 4 NIS.
Founded by the team behind Beit Kandinof alongside Itay Anon, ITO is located at 7 HaGymnasia HaIvrit Street in Jaffa. The restaurant currently operates during a soft opening phase from 13:00 to 21:00 and is not kosher.
