Ironi Kiryat Shmona Returns Home After Long Security Displacement
Ironi Kiryat Shmona will hold its first training session back home on November 16, ending a long displacement period caused by security conditions.

Ironi Kiryat Shmona is finally heading home after a long and challenging period of displacement caused by security conditions. The northern Israeli football club announced that its first training session back at the municipal stadium in Kiryat Shmona will take place on November 16.
Since relocating due to the security situation, the team has wandered across various pitches nationwide. Training routines were initially based in the central region and the national team facilities in Shefayim, before shifting to the Hadar Yosef complex, where players and staff faced demanding conditions far from their familiar standards.
The upcoming return will begin with a special training camp at the Kfar Blum hotel, where players will prepare mentally and logistically. Club management has also held personal talks with foreign players to provide reassurance and address any security concerns regarding the transition.
The November 16 session marks the first step toward full normalization. The ultimate goal is to fully rehabilitate the stadium, with hopes that Ironi Kiryat Shmona will resume hosting official Premier League home matches in front of its supporters by January.
