Harry Kane has committed his long-term future to Bayern Munich, signing a contract extension through the summer of 2029. According to Sky Sport Germany, the English striker, whose previous deal was set to expire in 2027, will earn a gross salary of at least 25 million euros per season.

"I feel an immense sense of pride to be part of Bayern Munich," Kane stated following the announcement. "I love this club, the fans, and the Allianz Arena. We have a fantastic squad, and in Vincent Kompany, we have a great manager. This commitment to staying here fills me with pride."

Since arriving from Tottenham in the summer of 2023, Kane has established himself as one of the most prolific forwards in world football. He has netted 157 goals in 161 appearances across all competitions, securing two Bundesliga titles, the DFB-Pokal, and two German Supercup trophies while finishing as the Bundesliga top scorer in each of his first three seasons.

On an individual level, 2026 proved to be a landmark year for the Englishman as he claimed the prestigious Ballon d'Or for the first time in his career. This milestone followed a stellar campaign in which he scored 61 goals in 51 matches for Bayern, alongside winning two European Golden Shoes and being named German Footballer of the Year.
