Suspected terror attack in Berlin: Vehicle drives into Pride parade crowd

A vehicle drove into a crowd of participants at the Pride parade in Berlin on Saturday, injuring several people. The incident occurred near 22:00 in the Tiergarten park in the city center. Shortly after, organizers halted the closing rally at the Brandenburg Gate and ordered participants to disperse.
According to eyewitnesses, a man exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Berlin police confirmed they are searching for suspects, though the exact number of injured and the circumstances remain unclear.
Emergency services declared a mass casualty incident, and numerous rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. Police have deployed significant forces and cordoned off a wide area. An eyewitness told "Bild" that a white commercial vehicle drove into the crowd at high speed.
"Entered the park - and hit people"
Berlin police stated: "Apparently a vehicle entered the park, hit several people and injured them." Authorities have not yet addressed the motive or whether the incident is classified as a terrorist attack, but noted: "The attack was intentional. A pursuit is underway for a white commercial vehicle."
