Haifa: Worker aged about 40 seriously injured at construction site

A worker aged about 40 was seriously injured after being struck by a heavy object while working at a construction site on HaMelech Amatziahu Street in Haifa. MADA teams provided medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital suffering from multi-system trauma. The worker was conscious when the teams arrived and was transported in an intensive care ambulance in serious and unstable condition.

MADA emergency medical technician Omri Abu Rumi stated:

"This is a worker who was hit by a heavy object during his work at a construction site. We were led to the patient who was lying conscious and suffering from multi-system trauma. We provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him in a MADA intensive care ambulance to the hospital, with his condition defined as serious and unstable."
