Once you manually activate this option, the chat can access your flight details, hotel reservations, and restaurant bookings. You can simply ask for activity ideas near your hotel before your flight, and the system will suggest relevant places and even calculate when you should leave for the airport to ensure you are not late.
In addition, the chat is now capable of remembering previous conversations, allowing you to continue planning your trip from where you left off. The system also connects to real-time public transport schedules, including buses, trains, and ferries. You can ask complex questions, such as whether there is a ferry with a view of the Opera House, and receive a dynamic schedule that provides updates on potential delays.
Complex tasks at the click of a button
The update also brings advanced execution capabilities, currently available only in the USA. The maps can perform tasks for you, such as ordering food for pickup on your way home, while accounting for your travel route, culinary preferences, and favorite restaurants. Furthermore, you can use the chat to find suitable hotels based on specific requirements, compare prices, discover local events, and even suggest updates to the map in a simple, conversational manner.
