Celebrating 68 in a bikini in the Hamptons: Judy Nir-Mozes doesn't care what anyone thinks
Three days, four parties, and one triangle bikini — in a dream location for the upper crust: media personality Judy Nir-Mozes celebrated her birthday exactly as she wanted, and alongside the documentation she shared, she sent a clear message to everyone: "Growing older doesn't mean stopping living."
Judy Nir-Mozes marked her 68th birthday this past weekend, but the media personality did not settle for simply blowing out candles on a cake. Instead, she decided to live life to the fullest in a marathon that lasted three days.
The chosen location was one of the most prestigious and desirable vacation areas in the United States: the Hamptons in New York, which becomes the sought-after hangout spot for the American upper crust every August. Between giant lawns and luxurious pools, Mozes was treated to no less than four different birthday events held in her honor by friends, each boasting a unique atmosphere and style.
However, alongside the celebrations, one photo managed to catch everyone's eye: Mozes in a sky-blue triangle bikini. Sharing photos from the poolside celebration on Instagram, she wrote:
"Dance like no one is watching, wear what makes us feel good, start something new, fall in love, be silly, travel, dream big, do something just because we feel like it."
She reflected on how often we stop ourselves because of the thought, 'what will people say?' or 'is this appropriate for my age?'. Her reminder was clear: growing older does not mean stopping living. Age is not a list of rules that determines what we are allowed to enjoy. As long as we are not hurting anyone, we are allowed to choose what makes us feel good, even if others have something to say. At the end of the day, this is our life, and there is no age for joy, curiosity, freedom, love, or a little bit of silliness.
