The brand, identified with Middle Eastern street food, will begin operating at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, starting from the tournament's Fan Week, which opens on August 23.
The "Miznon" menu at the tournament will include dishes identified with the chef, including his famous vegetable dishes, such as green beans in a bag, alongside well-known pita dishes, including roast beef pita and chicken schnitzel pita.
"When thousands of strangers gather in one place, united by the same excitement, food becomes another way to connect them; that is the heart of Miznon," said Shani. "I am excited to bring Miznon to the US Open for the first time. It is much more than a tennis tournament. It is a celebration of people, movement, and life."
Shani, who is behind successful restaurants in Israel and abroad, was chosen to join forces at the tournament alongside other leading names in local culinary arts.
The US Open is held under the auspices of the USTA, an organization with significant economic scale. According to the association's financial reports, the organization's total assets stand at approximately $1.425 billion.
The arrival of "Miznon" at the US Open marks the first time that Eyal Shani's brand will operate within the framework of the tournament. The activity will begin during Fan Week, starting August 23, and will include the dishes identified with the chef and his restaurants.
