Eyal Golan against the sale of tickets for a fake concert of his: "False, misleading, and offensive messages"
Liam Productions claims that anonymous messages and a link to purchase tickets for a "concert" by the singer were distributed without their involvement, and they call on the public to rely only on official publications. At the same time, an official complaint was filed with the police: "All those involved will be held accountable in accordance with the provisions of the law."
Representatives of Eyal Golan filed a complaint with the police following advertisements and a link for the sale of tickets to his concert in conjunction with Bank Mizrahi Tefahot, which they claim were distributed without their involvement. According to the official statement from Liam Productions, this is a case of impersonation of parties on behalf of the company or professionals working with Golan.
"In recent days, we have witnessed the systematic distribution of anonymous messages, including impersonation of parties on behalf of Liam Productions and/or professionals working with Eyal Golan. These are false, misleading, and offensive messages, the content of which was intentionally formulated with the aim of harming the good name, reputation, and activities of Liam Productions and Eyal Golan."
Last weekend, advertisements for ticket sales to the show began to circulate, and subsequently, a link for purchase was created. People began purchasing tickets until the matter reached Golan's staff, who decided to take action. In the meantime, the link has been taken down, and it is unclear how many people fell victim to the fake sale.
"It should be clarified unequivocally that these messages were not sent on our behalf, do not reflect our position, and have no connection to Liam Productions or Eyal Golan," it was further stated. "The matter has been referred to the competent authorities, including the Israel Police, and an official complaint has been filed. At the same time, legal steps are being taken to locate those responsible for distributing the messages, the impersonators, and anyone involved in their creation, distribution, or cooperation with them."
Liam Productions called on the public to ignore the messages, not to distribute them, and to rely only on official publications from the company. "All those involved will be held accountable in accordance with the provisions of the law," the statement said.
