The controlling shareholders of Eldan Transportation, members of the Dahan family, have expressed full confidence in the company by executing a wave of share purchases totaling approximately 5.3 million shekels. According to company reports, the purchases were made in recent days at price levels ranging from 6 to 6.30 shekels per share. This step follows recent declines in the company's share price and aims to send a positive message to the market regarding the business stability and growth potential of the group.

Following this move, the holdings within the family are distributed among the siblings and the founder. The three siblings—Shai Dahan, Shlomo Mumi Dahan, and Vered Zivili—now hold 18.36% of the company's shares each, while the father, Yosef Dahan, holds approximately 24% of the capital.

Against the backdrop of these acquisitions, Eldan recently published its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, showing an increase of approximately 5% in revenues, which reached about 420 million shekels, alongside a total profit of about 7.4 million shekels. Following these positive results, the company's board of directors approved a dividend distribution of approximately 3.9 million shekels, which adds to a previous dividend distribution of about 13.6 million shekels carried out last June.

In the capital market, such moves are interpreted as a strong and clear signal from management, which is taking advantage of the stock's downward trend to increase its holdings at a favorable price and demonstrate confidence in the company's long-term strategy. The combination of this step with consistent dividend distribution and continued revenue growth may help Eldan Transportation stabilize its security and restore investor confidence in the near future.
